As I think back to all the mentors and coaches who have helped me, I’m so thankful God is now allowing me to do that for others. So to be better prepared for that, I headed to the Dallas, TX, area for coaching training through PACT Ministries.
This partner ministry of NNYM’s seeks to develop mature and complete youth pastors, and they do that through free coaching training. Similar to NNYM’s goal of a healthy network within driving distance of every youth ministry in the country, PACT desires to have trained coaches in every area, who are regularly coaching fellow youth pastors.
So please be praying for them, but also pray for us in Colorado as we begin to dream and pray about getting leaders trained here. Please also pray for PACT as their founder will be retiring this fall and passing the baton to their next director.
