I love dreaming! And even if it doesn’t come natural to you, I hope you get opportunities to dream on a regular basis.
When I dream about the future of National Network of Youth Ministries, I see youth leaders all over the country in healthy networks, collaborating and supporting one another to reach even more teenagers in their communities, together. I see more and more teenagers hearing the Gospel and responding to Jesus. And I see churches uniting, just as Jesus prayed for us to in John 17.
And when I then take that into my budget planning, guess what happens… it increases. God is calling me to be present in more and more youth leaders’ lives. He’s calling us to provide some key events and trainings to support those youth leaders. He’s calling us to recruit more people to join our team. And He’s calling us to resource churches well, so they can impact the next generation with less and less holding them back.
So, will you please pray for me in this endeavor? And pray for God to supply more prayer and financial partners. I cannot do this alone, nor do I want to. I am so thankful for your partnership. But… I want more! I want to do more. I want to see youth leaders thrive and teenagers come to Jesus.
