Did you know that the oldest members of Generation Alpha are now 13 years old? Crazy, right!?
A few days ago, I was asked by a church in Johnstown, CO, to lead a training with their student team on Discipling Gen Alpha. We covered some fun things like slang language, and we looked at some recent research on this up-and-coming generation in order to better prepare ourselves to disciple them.
As I spoke with their team, I learned they had some who had just started volunteering 3 or 4 weeks ago and others who had been serving for 40+ years. And they were all there ready to learn how to reach this next generation better.
I’m so grateful this church asked me to join them and provide some training for their team, and I look forward to doing a couple more trainings for them in 2025.
