We just finished our first PACT training for Colorado, where we were able to do the first round of coaching training for 8 youth pastors!
PACT Ministry provides free training and equipping to youth pastors that will then allow them to coach other youth pastors in their area. This is why they have been a great partner ministry for NNYM over the past few years, as we both want to see youth leaders thrive!
Last year, I was able to participate in the training in Dallas, and I immediately connected with the vision of this great ministry. So it wasn’t long before we started talking about training Colorado youth pastors.
I’m so excited for the ones we were able to train this month, and I’m excited to see what God does moving forward. Also pray for me as I will soon begin the next phases of training myself, in order to become a certified PACT coach. This will not only help me be more equipped to help youth pastors, but I know it will also help me as I support network leaders and eventually more NNYM staff in Colorado.
