September was filled with a lot of great connections with youth pastors!
I met up with several around the state at our Colorado Winter Camp meeting. This is one of my favorite networks, as it includes around 50 churches partnering together for several weekends of camp. While I’ve been a part of Colorado Winter Camps since 2017, they have been happening since 1996. And we continue to see new networks started out of this statewide network.
I also had an opportunity to meet up with a brand new youth pastor in town and several other youth pastors around Colorado. I love supporting and starting networks, but I also love sitting down for coffee or lunch with a youth pastor and supporting them through listening, coaching, and praying for them.
We are on the verge of starting 2 new networks, which is always exciting; and I’ve been able to get many youth leaders connected to existing networks in their area (in Colorado and around the country).
I love that I get to do this because of the generous prayer and financial support from my partners! Through their support, we are able to help make sure more and more youth leaders are thriving, which means they are positioned to reach more and more teenagers in their community.
