This week, I headed out to Southern California to serve at Download Youth Ministry’s “Your First Decade in Youth Ministry Conference” alongside several other friends in ministry from all over the country (all veteran youth leaders). I led a group throughout the week and had several conversations with these newer youth leaders about practical ministry stuff, helped them get connected to other youth leaders near them, and just cared/supported them all week.
For the last three years, this has been one of the most fulfilling events I participate in, because I’m not only serving youth leaders, but I get to do so alongside some dear friends and get a taste of what unity within the church is all about!!

Please be praying for the next few weeks, where I’ll be doing a lot more of this in Colorado, Georgia, and back to California again.
