March 14-22 was a busy time for me. First, I headed down to Florida to visit a former student who is now a tech director and getting ready to be married in April.
Then I attended a conference with this new research cohort I joined, which is connected to the Great Commission Research Network. I’ll be sharing more of my upcoming research projects with you all in the future, but for now, please be praying for me. I feel like the research I’ll be doing will be a huge benefit to the youth ministry world.
I also had the opportunity to attend the Exponential Conference, where I met a lot of youth pastors from all over the country. And as always, it was great to hear their stories but also get them connected to NNYM, support them, and help them find other youth pastors in their area. It never gets old to meet a youth pastor and get them connected!
And right after that, I headed down to Colorado Springs for the 3rd annual Ignite Leadership Conference, where I had a booth and was able to connect with even more youth pastors from all over Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, South Dakota, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. We might even have several new youth pastor networks starting soon from the conversations that began at Ignite!
