It might be hard to believe, but another school year will be starting soon. In fact, some schools have already begun their fall semester. And those students, teachers, coaches, bus drivers, custodians, cafeteria workers, and administrators need our prayers!

This is the 3rd year for NNYM’s “Footprints on Campus” prayer campaign, where our goal is to have prayer walks at all 67,000 schools and 1200 juvenile detention centers around the US. I’ll be leading one on August 10 for all the high schools in our city. And we’ll have several prayer walks around Colorado, led by network coordinators and youth leaders around the state.

Here are 3 ways you can participate:

#1. GO – Walk. Pray. Claim the ground.

Show up at a local school or juvenile detention facility and cover it in prayer during Footprints Week. Bring a friend, your family, or small group. Walk the sidewalks, circle the parking lot, or simply stand nearby and pray with intention. See our FAQs on our website for more info.

“Every step you take is a prayer for transformation.”

#2. GROW – Adopt a school for year-round prayer.

Prayer doesn’t end after Footprints Week. Join us and our friends at Every Student Every School to adopt a campus and commit to praying for it consistently throughout the year.

We dream of every student within reach of the gospel — and that starts with prayer.

#3. GIVE – Invest in ministry happening on campus.

Support youth leaders and mentors who are ministering to students day in and day out. We also encourage you to give to other on-campus ministries in your area.

Your generosity helps place caring adults on campus and fuels gospel-centered outreach.
