Over the past few weeks, I’ve had so many opportunities to see God at work!

There are several people we are close to who are going through some difficult times. Some of them have serious health issues. Others are struggling with spiritual stuff. The fact is that we know a lot of people who are hurting right now. But even though everything has not been resolved, it is very evident that God is still at work! He’s done some healing, He has provided peace, and He has relieved some of the pain.

Ever since we moved back in the spring, we have felt a bit more financial strain, due to the cost of living. There have also been times when we had to make some emergency flights and other things like that. But through it all, we’ve not had to take much out of our savings. Just this month, actually, we thought we were going to need to dip into it, but we didn’t. God has not blessed us abundantly, but He is still at work by giving us just what we need!

I’ve been a Christian most of my life, and I have definitely learned a lot about how to be a better person and minister, but I am far from where God wants me to be. I feel like the last few weeks have been filled with one lesson after another. God’s still at work in my own life by teaching me more about Him and how He wants me to live in relationship with Him and others.

Yes, there are many awful things going on in the world today, but God is still at work. I’m so thankful that He is not a God who leaves and is completely hands-off with His creation. Even though He does not always step in and fix everything, He is clearly still at work, and for that, I am incredibly grateful!!

So, how has God been working in your life lately? I love hearing stories, so please share them!
