This was a good Christmas. I got to spend a good chunk of time with my family, which I do not get to do much of lately. I also got to see some old friends. Overall, I had a great time visiting people and just enjoying some time away from “normal” life. It was relaxing. Sure, I had the times where we were in a hurry to get somewhere or trying to finish last minute wrapping, but these times were minimal. I believe I gave some pretty good gifts this year, although I might have been “outdone” by my sister. Ha! I do know I received some great ones! I pray that you all had a great Christmas as well, spending time with loved ones and remembering the real reason for this time of year — giving to others as God gave to us the greatest gift ever given.
