Well, I wanted to let you all know that I made it safely to IL. I left a ton of snow to enter into ice and wind, but that’s how it goes. On Monday, I flew from Manchester to Indianapolis (via Baltimore). My parents picked me up, and we headed straight for home…stopping along the way to get supper at Fazoli’s (a place I’ve not eaten at in 2 years). This morning was spent wrapping all the gifts I’d ordered through Amazon and had sent to my parents’ house. I spent the afternoon reading before going out to eat with some old friends for supper at Applebee’s. All in all, it’s been a pretty relaxing vacation so far. I just can’t believe it’s almost 10 days until the wedding, and this will be my last “traditional” Christmas…
