I had the privilege of going to 2 baseball games last week with 3 pretty cool guys. One was my roommate. The other 2 were college students who drove out from Illinois. One was in 8th grade when I started LCC back in 2001, and he was in the jr. high youth group I helped out with. The other was one of his best friends. We went to a Red Sox & Angels game on July 30 in Boston, and we went to a Yankees & Angels game on July 31 in New York. It was a great time to catch up and hang out in two very different but amazing cities. We also got to see 3 great baseball teams. While I am quickly becoming a Sox fan by living out here in New England, I cannot deny that the Yankees and Angels are both good. In fact, the Angels have a good shot at winning the pennant. It was only my 2nd trip to NYC, so I got to see several new things (such as Ground Zero, the Statue of Liberty, and the Empire State Building). I took lots of pictures.
